I could be biased, but in my opinion there’s nowhere more beautiful than the mountains of the Carolinas. Andy and Katherine got married at Camp Yonahnoka at Eseeola lodge in Linville, NC, and it was a wonderful day. The two met in Washington D.C., and the minute they got engaged Katherine knew her dream wedding would be where her parents have a mountain home. The All Saints Chapel in Linville is incredibly small, so guests gathered both inside and around the windows to peek in on the short, thoughtful ceremony. Then the dancing started! Everyone danced the night away at the camp until the brass band led a New Orleans-style parade down to the boat dock where everyone had sparklers and sent the couple off in a canoe. Sweet, fun, and full of flavor and laughter, Andy and Katherine had a wedding that was both elegant and a ton of fun for all the guests. And that magnolia cake topper? So much yes.
Also, huge thanks to my friend Michelle Lyerly for helping me shoot this one. You are a gem, and I so appreciate you sharing your talents with me!
