Sara + Mark’s Engagement Photos :: Dallas Wedding Photographer

This was one of those engagement sessions that I was so excited for and was just giddy about when we finished. Sara and Mark are so much fun, and I really just enjoyed chatting with them and just being in their company for a few hours. Sara had lots of ideas, and I was so excited once we picked our locations – three of my most favorite spots in Dallas (Bishops Arts District, The Farmer’s Market and White Rock Lake). Sara & Mark’s little sweet nugget of a pup, Oliver, tagged along and was a perfect little model. I mean, really, how cute is he?! It took all my effort not to snag him up and try to take him home with me. Although Oliver was a bit of a scene stealer, Sara & Mark’s carefree and fun relationship that is full of such sweet love really took center stage here. I loved watching these two together and it made me so excited for their big day in October! Can’t wait…

A couple weeks ago, I was lucky enough to take part in a unique Dallas wedding event – The Swoon. Not only was it a blast to put together and share a booth with Blue Eye Brown Eye, but I was also the official event photographer! Ross and Elise :: Dallas/Fort Worth Engagement Photographer

Finally finding some time to do a blog post this evening! Phew! I need to do several a day to catch up, but here’s a start. Ross and Elise were so much fun to work with! We’ll be working together again in October for their beautiful Clearfork Ranch wedding, and just basing from their engagement session, I’m so excited for what we’ll be able to capture for the wedding. We met up in the late afternoon after rescheduling twice due to inclement weather (ugh!), and snapped some sweet shots at the FW Botanic Gardens and at Clearfork Ranch. I love how happy these two are and how naturally their relationship played out for me in front of the camera. And, they are proud pet parents of quite possibly the coolest dog in the world. Watch out guys! If Bud goes missing you’ll know where to look . It’s sessions like this that make me realize how lucky I am to be able to photograph such happy and in love people all the time! Here are some of my favorite shots of these two.

So I’ve been so slammed lately there’s hardly time for posting, and all I could muster for this evening is a fun sneak peak! I photographed Sapna and Nirav recently in Fort Worth, and I’m loving their fun (and so colorful!!) session. How amazing is that dress?! We just happened upon that chalk on the loading dock door also. Crazy! So much more to come of these two, but for now let’s ooh and aah over the colors and the detailing…
